Become a Boursorama shareholder
Bearer shares
The shares are bearer when the issuer does not know the identity of the owner, but only the financial institution that carries shares. To attend General Meetings, you will have to keep you informed of dates and ask your financial intermediary a certificate showing that you are a shareholder of the company at the time of the General Meeting.
Registered shares
A share is registered when the identity of its owner is known from the issuing company. The company recorded in its books the names of all shareholders in order to send them information about its operations and the General Meetings. You will receive a direct notice to attend General Meeting.
