    Boursorama through its online banking, online brokerage and financial information website activities offers a wide variety of jobs and therefore various skills profile.

    Sales remote service

    The sales service is responsible for answering phone calls from people wanting to become customers or existing customers who want to open new accounts. It is composed of fifteen sales advisers. They lead people through the different steps in the account opening process until it is realized. Once the account is opened customers deal with one of the customer service teams.
    This job of sales adviser is quite specific and requires both knowledge of the process, scope of supply and prices range.

    Loans sales service

    This sales service is responsible for responding to loan subscription requests. Boursorama was one of the first bank to launch the online application for a housing loan request. Indeed it is possible to fill entirely a loan application via the website and to get an approval of principle. Then people are called back by the loan service advisers to further investigate their requests.

    Customer service

    Customer service is composed of ten teams of about eight advisers. Each team is led by a team manager. After opening an account each customer is automatically assigned to a team that will follow every customers calls. The customer has also the telephone number and mail adress of the team manager in charge of his account. The customer adviser job is varied because it requires to be able to answer different customers' questions. The customer adviser should be comfortable with both the bank, the stock exchange and life insurance topics. Training is provided to newcomers and each new customer consultant is managed by a senior customer adviser. Customer satisfaction remains the priority of customer advisers.

    Advertising services

    The Boursorama website is the leader in online financial information.  It has two different advertising services. One is responsible of sales development for financial advertisers (companies of the stock exchange). It also handles the sales of various services delivered to financial advertisers. The other one is responsible for selling advertising space to advertisers other than financial. It is actively involved in awareness of the media Boursorama.

    Web Engineer and Webmaster

    This job is quite specific and is particularly linked to the online banking model. The engineer must ensure the web study, the conceptualization, implementation and follow up of the development projects of the company.
    Skills required for this job are knowledge of various computer languages and development tools used by Boursorama.
    The webmaster integrates the content changes on the Boursorama sites requested by various services. He works closely with marketing services or customer service. He has to work on Boursorama sites, B2B sites and the subsidiaries sites.
